Common questions

Is an account required?

No. The current public version of WineFolio is designed as a local-first app and does not require an account for the core experience.

Where is my data stored?

In the current public version, your wine entries, tasting notes, cellar items, wishlist items, ratings, and related information are stored locally on your device.

Does WineFolio sync between devices?

The current public version does not offer public cloud sync. Future versions may introduce optional sync, but it is not required for the current local-first experience.

How can I delete my data?

You can delete individual entries inside the app where deletion is available. You can also remove the app from your device to delete locally stored app data, subject to normal iOS behavior and backups.

Is WineFolio affiliated with Vivino or other wine platforms?

No. WineFolio is independent and is not affiliated with Vivino or other wine platforms.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. Send feedback or feature requests by email. Include a short explanation of what you are trying to do and why the feature would help.
